Shipping Timing

DUE TO COVID-19, ALL ORDERS WILL SHIP WITHIN 21 BUSINESS DAYS (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS). WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO FULFILL ORDERS IN A TIMELY MANNER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING.

However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, and all naval port.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide.

The costs of shipping are non-refundable unless the issue with the product is due to an Technakally Pretty mistake in what you received.  If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

We ship via USPS. Shipping cost is calculated prior to checkout.
