Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges:

DUE TO COVID-19, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. 

Refunds:

No refunds will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong or missing product.  If you receive the wrong, missing, defective or damaged products, please notify us within 24 hours upon receiving your products.

Here at Technakally Pretty Cosmetics, we believe that while accidents do happen, it is our job to own them by responding quickly and doing everything in our power to restore the trust that we’ve lost in the process. If you receive your order and it contains the wrong, or missing item please contact us immediately via email at technakallypretty@gmail.com. In the email please include the following:

 - Recipient name, order number, as well as a screenshot of your order summary.

- Also, include a photo upload as a source of proof that the wrong item was received.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.


We will notify you once we’ve received your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
